Neighborhood egg hunt, plant swap
Neighbors, please join us for the annual Easter Egg Hunt and first-ever Plant Swap on Saturday, April 20 at 10 a.m. on the Mentelle Park median near Cramer Avenue. Light refreshments and coffee from Nate’s Coffee will be provided.
The egg hunts — one for little kids and one for bigger kids — begin at 10 a.m. We also will have bubbles, chalk, yard games, hay rides and other fun activities for all ages.
After the egg hunt, adults can swap plants. Bring a plant to trade, as well as a container to carry home any plants you get. The Plant Swap is inclusive to all varieties: bulbs, potted plants, dug-up perennials, succulents, etc.
