The Warehouse Block Neighborhood Advisory Board will meet Wednesday, May 24, at 5:30 p.m. at Myriad Meadery, 732 National Ave. Chad Walker, owner of the Warehouse block, has invited all neighborhood residents to attend this informal meeting, which will include discussion of new projects in and around his development along National Avenue. Items will include:1.) Update on the 737 National Ave. lot (next to Mirror Twin)
2.) Incoming tenants
3.) Additional sculpture projects
4.) Proposed streetscape improvements
5.) Surrounding area developments
Walker, who sits on the city’s Short Term Rental (STR) committee, said he also will give an update on proposed legislation regarding AirBnB rentals.
