Jeff Worley, an accomplished poet and retired editor of the University of Kentucky’s Odyssey magazine, has been named Kentucky poet laureate for the next two years. Worley, 71, will be inaugurated at 10 a.m. April 24 during the annual Kentucky Writers’ Day festivities at the Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives, 300 Coffee Tree Rd. in Frankfort.
